  I can't recommend grilled pizza enough! Let me know when you try it! And no, I've never tried Villa Farotto...but I'm adding it to my list :)

  Hi Lois--that's a great question. I haven't actually inquired the employees at the market as to the source of their goods...you definitely raise a good point though! I will talk to them next time I'm there and when I post my next recipe from the market, I'll be sure to follow-up with whatever I find out!
