Didn’t Get True Religion: Inmate Charged With Stealing Clothes from Saks, Police Say

Frontenac Police said Robert A. Floyd and others stole 27 pair of True Religion jeans and five pair of True Religion shorts, valued at a total of $7,689.

A Florissant man currently in prison for stealing is accused of stealing True Religion jeans and shorts from Saks Fifth Avenue at Plaza Frontenac. Robert A. Floyd, 21, of the 2900 block of Aberdeen Drive in Florissant, was charged Friday with felony stealing. Frontenac Police said Floyd, acting with others, stole 27 pair of True Religion jeans and five pair of True Religion shorts Sept. 16 from Saks Fifth Avenue at Plaza Frontenac. The clothing was valued at a total of $7,689. Police said a security officer saw Floyd and others on video stealing and driving away from the store. The security officer identified Floyd in a photo lineup. Floyd was sentenced to three years in prison March 14 after pleading guilty to a stealing charge in …

U City Man Charged With Ladue Burglaries

Ladue Police said the men broke into homes while the owners were in their houses, and stole laptop computers.

A University City man is accused of burglarizing two houses in Ladue while the residents were in their homes. Marquis D. Baker, 18, of the 8000 block of Appleton Drive in University City, was charged with two counts each of first-degree burglary and felony theft. In the Ladue burglaries Baker acted with Kyren Chunn, 17, according to a court document. Ladue Police said Baker and Chunn entered a home May 30 in the first block of Ricardo Lane and stole a Mac Book laptop. Police said the two and entered a home March 21, 2012 in the first block of Westerly Lane and stole two Mac Book laptops. Chopper Helps Nab Stealing Suspect On The Run

Authorities from Ladue and Rock Hill help bring stealing suspect into custody.

A traffic stop on interstate 64 Thursday afternoon led to a police chase when a suspect tried to run from the scene, but Frontenac Police Chief Tom Becker said the man is now in custody. Becker said an officer stopped a vehicle heading eastbound on the highway east of Lindbergh Boulevard and that the plates matched those of a vehicle wanted in connection with a felony stealing case in Arnold and a felony shoplifting investigation in Overland.  Becker said the passenger in the car made a run for it, but was tracked down with the help of Metro Air Support and police agencies in Ladue and Rock Hill. Housekeeper Accused of Stealing Jewelry From Ladue Home

Missing jewelry included a charm bracelet and a monkey-shaped pendant valued at $3,000.

A housekeeper is accused of stealing jewelry from a Ladue woman. Erica Crenshaw, 42, of the 8400 block of Buckthorn Drive in Berkeley, was charged Jan. 24 with felony theft. Ladue Police said the homeowner noticed numerous pieces of jewelry missing last fall from her home on Maryview Lane. Two days after the woman asked Crenshaw if she knew anything about the missing jewelry, a charm bracelet that had been reported stolen was anonymously returned to the residence. Four charms still were missing from the bracelet. Crenshaw was arrested and confessed to stealing jewelry between Oct. 19 and Nov. 1, including charms from the bracelet and a monkey-shaped pendant valued at about $3,000. Rams Coach Has Championship Rings, Electronics Stolen From Home

Kirkwood Police said two men stole NFC championship and Big 12 championship rings among other items from the home.

Two men allegedly stole more than $28,000 in electronics and jewelry, including NFC championship ring and Big 12 championship rings, on Dec. 31 from the Kirkwood home of Rob Boras, the St. Louis Rams tight ends coach. James Bright, of the 6200 block of Sunshine Drive in High Ridge, and Jeffrey Medcalf, of the 1100 block of Briarhurst in West County, were charged Friday with second-degree burglary and felony stealing more than $25,000, a class B felony. Police: Man Charged in Ladue Faces Stealing Counts in Crestwood, Glendale

The man faces criminal charges in Ladue, where police say he stole jewelry, silver worth $200,000.

A man charged with stealing jewelry valued at more than $200,000 in Ladue also faces stealing related charges in Glendale and Crestwood. His girlfriend also is charged with stealing. Justin Roux, 22, of the 200 block of Clayton Oaks Drive in Ellisville, was charged Sept. 7 with stealing in Glendale and Sept. 10 with receiving stolen property in Crestwood. Roux’s girlfriend, Tracy Rockwell, 22, of the 9100 block of Grant Farm Trail in Crestwood, also was charged Sept. 10 with stealing. Ex-Landscaper Charged with Stealing Items Valued at $200,000

Ladue Police said the man mostly stole jewelry and Sterling silver.

A former landscaping company employee was charged Wednesday with stealing Sterling silver and jewelry valued at more than $200,000 from four Ladue clients. Justin Roux, 22, of the 200 block of Clayton Oaks Drive in Ellisville, was charged with two class B felonies of stealing more than $20,000 and two class C felonies of stealing more than $500. He was employed by Sunshine on Leaves, doing landscaping for clients, according to a court documents. Ladue Police said that Roux stole the items between March 1, 2011 and May 12, 2012.
