For 22 years Flotken has served the needs of the business community with his advertising and direct mailing/marketing agency “Total Marketing Solutions.” Nearing retirement age, this Ladue resident was looking for another way to create a new business. Looking at the ever-growing senior population, he knew that providing transportation for seniors and the disabled is an on-going challenge.
