The Future is Now for the Junior Maids at the Veiled Prophet Ball
Junior Maids were presented Saturday evening at the annual V.P. Ball held at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch.
The room was full of excited young girls beautifully dressed in formal dresses. It was their moment to shine. They were to be presented as Junior Maids at one of the most recognized society balls in the world, The Veiled Prophet (V.P.) Ball where young women, generally in their sophomore year in college, are honored for community service and also make their formal entranced into society. The Junior Maid ceremony began with a reception, followed by a group photo of the young girls participating in the ceremony, which is generally reserved for young girls in the fifth grade.
