Ladue’s newest business, Breeze Blow Dry Bar, opened Friday morning to the tune of Oppa Gangnam Style, balloons and a pleasant 60-degree weather. Mayor Tony Bommarito was the guest of honor at the grand opening ceremony. He was the first official customer, enjoying a scalp massage—the Bar’s specialty.
