Tina Meier Speaks to Ladue High Students in an Effort to Save Another Life

Her daughter Megan died at age 13; a victim of cyber bullying.

Tina Meier, a 42-year-old housewife from O’Fallon, MO in St. Charles County spoke to half of the student body at Ladue Horton Watkins High School on Friday. Because Ladue has 1,400 students at the high school, Meier will return later this week to speak to the other half of the student body. They could not all fit into the performance center at the same time. Meier is on a crusade. She heads up the Megan Meier Foundation. She’s been on the Dr. Phil Show; she travels the country speaking to groups just like Ladue High students. Cyber bulling turns to tragedy  In 2006, Meier’s 13-year-old daughter Megan hung herself in her bedroom while her entire family was at home. She was rushed to St. Louis Children’s Hospital, still breathing, but died …
