Monday afternoon at 4:30 p.m., at the Schnuck’s Store located at 10275 Clayton Road a 77 year old female had her purse forcibly taken from her. The victim was entering the west side of the store when a male approached her from behind and grabbed her purse. Prior to the incident, the suspect was standing by himself near the west entry doors. While the suspect began pulling the purse from her hands the victim held on to the purse causing the victim to fall to the ground. The suspect is described as: a white male; late teens; approximately five feet-eight inches tall.
