Roslyn L. Schulte Memorial Senior Girls All-Star Lacrosse game at MICDS
This game Wednesday night will be played in the memory of former Burroughs star who lost her life while on duty in Afghanistan.
Local girls lacrosse is taking a step forward. This Wednesday night, at 6 p.m. at Mary Institute Country Day School local officials will hold the first ever all-star game for girls. This game is being organized by Judith Anderson, lacrosse coach at Ursuline Academy. The game is dedicated to the memory of Roz Schulte. Roz was an enthusiastic player at John Burroughs. She went on to graduate from the Air Force Academy and died in combat in Afghanistan. The late officer was recognized on Memorial Day at the Jewish Community Center in Creve Coeur.
