Suspicious Person, Traffic Accident Lead to Arrests

Plus, Ladue police report a fight led to one person being arrested for assault and robbery.

The following information was provided by the Ladue Police Department. May 8: At 5:12 a.m., a 31-year-old man was arrested on outstanding traffic charges during a traffic stop at Interstate 170 and Brentwood Boulevard. May 8: At 2:38 p.m., an officer contacted bank official at Regions Bank, 8866 Ladue Road, in reference to fraud. This case is under investigation. May 10:  At 11:56 p.m., a 27-year-old man was arrested for DWI during a traffic stop at Ladue Road and Briarcliff. May 11:  At 12:43 a.m., a call about a suspicious person led to a 40-year-old man being arrested at Barnes and Clayton roads for an outstanding fugitive warrant for narcotics from the St. Louis County Police Department. The following information was provided by the Ladue Police Department. April 22: At 9:31 a.m. police responded to a four-car crash with minor injuries on eastbound Highway 40 at McKnight Road. April 23: At 7:44 a.m., police responded to a two-car crash with no injuries on S. Warson Road at Conway Road. Ladue Police Investigate Recent Thefts

Ladue police are investigating after lawn care items were stolen overnight, while recent traffic stops lead to a number of DWI arrests.

The following information was supplied by the Ladue Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction where an arrest was made. April 16: At 1:39 a.m., police made a traffic stop at westbound Highway 40 and Clayton Road which resulted in a 27-year-old man being arrested for DWI. April 16: At 5:23 p.m., a person turned themself in to the Ladue Police Department for an outstanding traffic warrant for failure to appear in court.         April 16:  At 8:25 p.m., police made a traffic stop on Clayton Road at Whitfield Lane which resulted in a 51-year-old woman being arrested for DWI. Car Crashes Keep Ladue Police Busy

One accident let to a DWI arrest, according to Ladue police.

The following information was supplied by the Ladue Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction where an arrest was made. Feb. 18: At 12:21 p.m., police responded to a single vehicle accident at McKnight and Moydalgan roads. A 45 year-old-man was arrested for DWI in connection to the crash, police stated. Feb. 19: At 8:52 a.m., police responded to a two-car crash on southbound Interstate 170 at Ladue Road. There were no injuries. Feb. 22: At 5:35 a.m., police responded to a one-car accident on Westbound Highway 40 at Lindbergh Boulevard. There were no reported injuries. Feb. 23: Ar 12:18 p.m., police responded to a two-car crash on westbound highway 40 at Lindbergh Boulevard. No injuries were reported.

Thefts Lead to a Number of Arrests by Ladue Police

Ladue police report in one case the suspected shoplifter fled, but was later found and arrested.

The following information was supplied by the Ladue Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction where an arrest was made. Feb. 11: At 3:21 p.m., police responded to the 8800 Block Ladue Road for a report of bad checks.  Feb. 13:  At 4:12 p.m., police were called to 8867 Ladue Road for a report of stealing. The report was made some time after the alleged crime occurred, but someone reportedly stole a motorized cart from Schnucks. Feb. 14: At 4:30 p.m., a 20-year-old woman was arrested for shoplifting from the Old Navy in the 8800 block of Ladue Road. Feb. 15:            At 5:03 p.m., police were called about a bad check in the 9600 block of Clayton Road. The incident is under investigation.  Feb. 16:    At 1:09 p.m., a female …

Car Crashes Keep Ladue Police Busy

Ladue police responded to a number of recent car accidents. Most were without any injuries.

The following information was supplied by the Ladue Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction where an arrest was made. Feb. 17:            At 12:13 p.m., police responded to a two-car crash without injuries in the 9000 block of Clayton Road. Feb. 17:      At 6:02 p.m., police responded to a two-car crash without injuries in the 8800 block of Ladue Road. Feb. 15: At 3:50 p.m., police responded to a two-car accident with minor injuries in the 9800 block of South Forty Drive. Feb. 14:  At 8:38 a.m., police responded to a two-car crash in the 1500 block of Lindbergh Boulevard. No injuries were reported. Feb. 12: At 8:42 a.m., police responded to a two-car crash on eastbound Highway 40 at McKnight Road with no injuries.

Ladue Police Respond to Assaults, Suspicious Activity

Ladue police report a "suspicious activity" call led to an arrest, plus officers responded to two calls of assaults involving juveniles.

The following information was supplied by the Ladue Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction where an arrest was made. Feb. 17:            At 2:56 p.m., police responded an assault call in the 1200 block of WarsonRoad. Authorities said two juveniles were involved in the altercation. Feb. 13: At 8:56 p.m., a 23-year-old man was arrested for DWI after a gas station attendant in the 9100 block of Clayton Road called police to report suspicious activity. Feb. 12: At 2:07 p.m., police were called to the 10000 Block of Litzsinger Road for an assault involving a juvenile.

Car Crashes, DWI Arrest Top Recent Ladue Police Activity

Ladue police report in one accident a car struck a utility pole, but no one was injured.

The following information was supplied by the Ladue Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction where an arrest was made. Feb. 7: Westbound I-64 & Clayton Road At 11:50 p.m., a 25 year-old man was pulled over and arrested for DWI. Feb. 8: 10000 Block Clayton Road At 4:04 p.m., police responded to a two-car accident without injuries. Feb. 9: S. Warson Road & Old Warson Road At 10:33 p.m., police responded to a one-car crash without injuries. Authorities said the vehicle struck a utility pole and Ameren UE was notified.

Thefts From Homes, Cars Top Recent Ladue Police Calls

Ladue police report thefts of jewelry from homes and more in this latest edition of police blotter.

The following information was supplied by the Ladue Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction where an arrest was made. Feb. 2: Magnolia Drive At 10:05 a.m., a resident reported stolen jewelry. Feb. 5: Ladue Lane At 11:54 a.m., police were called about a burglary where jewelry was stolen. Investigators said the home was accessed from the second story window. Feb. 6: 8800 Block Ladue Road At 12:34 p.m., police were called about money that went missing overnight from a cash drawer. Feb. 8: 8867 Ladue Road  At 4:54 p.m., police were called about an attempted larceny. Investigators said a male left in a black Nissan Altima and officers unable to locate him.
