The following car crashes were investigated between April 9-13.
April 13 Police responded to a two-car accident at South Warson Road and Ladue Road at 10:50 a.m. There were no injuries. April 12 At 11:38 a.m. police responded to a vehicle-pedestrian accident on the 9900 block of Clayton Road, involving injuries. No further information was released by police. April 10 Police responded to a 2 car accident southbound on I-170 at Ladue Road. There were no injuries but a 26 year old driver was arrested for driving while revoked in addition to other traffic citations. April 9 At 9:12 a.m. Police responded to a single car accident northbound on I-170 at Ladue Road. The driver in the car was ejected from the vehicle and taken to the hospital. No further information was available.

Update 9:53 a.m. According to Lieutenant Darrin McClure, this may have been two separate accidents involved a half-dozen cars. Police are conducting an investigation. McClure indicated the preliminary report indicated no serious injuries. Drivers should stay clear of the southbound lanes of I-170 at Ladue Road. Ladue police and fire personnel are tending to a multiple car wreck on the median lane of the highway. It looks to be more than a half-dozen cars are involved in the pileup with some of the autombiles being heavily damaged. The-Ladue Frontenac Patch will update this story as details are forthcoming.
New bridge at Delmar and I-170 headed to homestretch. Ladue and Olivette drivers need to find alternative routes.
The Missouri Department of Transportation and its contractor, Millstone Bangert, Inc., will close the southbound I-170 ramps at Delmar Boulevard at 5 a.m. Monday, August 1, for up to two weeks. Crews will be replacing the existing pavement and connecting the ramps to the new bridge during the closure. During the closure of the southbound ramps, drivers will not be able to access Delmar, nor will drivers on Delmar be able to access southbound I-170. Detours are marked, and drivers on I-170 can use Olive Boulevard, Price Road and Hanley Road to access Delmar Boulevard. This work is part of a $2.1 million project to replace the Delmar Boulevard Bridge. Although the bridge was already scheduled for replacement this year, MoDOT closed it April…
