Ladue Man Who Harassed Child in Home Depot Bathroom In Court Thursday

Christopher A. Frank, 42, pleaded guilty to one count of an adult harassing a child, a class D felony. He is scheduled to appear in court Thursday in a separate DWI case.

The Ladue businessman who pled guilty to harassment of a child following an incident at Home Depot in Brentwood is due back in court today. According to Missouri Case.net, Christopher A. Frank is due in St. Louis County Court on a misdemeanor DWI case. Frank was arrested July 5, 2012 in connection to the DWI case, Case.net notes.  An 11 a.m. trial setting is on Judge Mary Bruntrager Schroder's docket.  Frank, 42, of the 700 block of Cella Road in Ladue, last appeared in court in February, when he pleaded guilty a count adult harassing a child, a class D felony. Yes, this man goes to church at Ladue Chapel and has somehow managed to volunteer there (seemingly to fulfill his required community service hours as part of the sentence for his separate DWI charge), DESPITE being on HOUSE ARREST. Man Pleads Guilty to Harassing Child in Brentwood Home Depot

The Ladue man originally was charged with sexual misconduct involving a child. He will not be listed on the state's Sex Offender Registry, but will go through a probation program for sex offenders.

A Ladue man pleaded guilty Monday to harassing an 11-year-old child in a Home Depot restroom in Brentwood. Christopher A. Frank, 42, of the 700 block of Cella Road in Ladue, pleaded guilty to harassment involving an adult harassing a child, a class D felony in Missouri. Frank received a suspended imposition of sentence, given 120 days of electronic home monitoring and was placed on five years probation. Frank originally was charged with sexual misconduct involving a child under age 15, also a class D misdemeanor. He is owner and president of Cfx Inc., a marketing firm based in St. Louis. Home Depot Reportedly Hiring Nearly 1,000 Employees in St. Louis Area

Home Depot is taking applications now and reportedly plans to hire 975 seasonal workers in the St. Louis area.

The Home Depot announced Wednesday that it will fill more than 80,000 seasonal positions for spring which the company stated is its busiest selling season. "This year, The Home Depot is hiring ten thousand more spring associates than it did last year to support anticipated sales growth in the spring," the company stated in a news release on its website. According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, 975 seasonal workers will be hired in the St. Louis area. The Home Depot has numerous store locations in the St. Louis area, including Town and Country, Ballwin, Chesterfield, Sunset Hills, Mehlville, Brentwood, Florissant and St. Charles. Ladue Man Charged With Exposing Himself to Boy in Restroom

The man faces a felony sexual misconduct charge.

A Ladue man was charged Tuesday with exposing himself to a child in a Brentwood store restroom last fall. Christopher A. Frank, 42, of the 700 block of Cella Road in Ladue, faces a charge of sexual misconduct involving a child under age 15, a felony. Brentwood Police reported that Frank got on his knees in a restroom stall and exposed his genitals to a child in the next stall Nov. 25. Police said Frank then laid on the floor and watched the boy use the restroom. The restroom was in the Brentwood Home Depot at 1603 South Hanley Road. Bond for Frank was set at $7,500.
