"The people in it are friendly and down-to-earth." This statement has to be a joke. There are more attitudes from the people working there than the people that shop there. If they don't like the way you look that will snub you or roll their eyes. Also don't get me started on the loud mouthed ones. I've been going for years and if I didn't like the person who does my hair I wouldn't go at all.
