my daughter ran by in a rush to pick up her prom dress that they had steamed out for her. she brought a credit card, not realizing that they only accept checks or cash. they kindly gave her the dress anyway and wished her a wonderful evening. when i called later to inform them that i would mail them a check that day, they couldn't have been more congenial about the whole thing. that is great customer service, particularly since we do not regularly use their cleaners. we will now.
