Senior PGA Championship: What You Need to Know

As the 2013 Senior PGA Championship officially gets underway Thursday, here's what you need to know if you drive by or plan to attend the event at Bellerive Country Club in West County.

As previously reported by Patch, the Senior PGA Championship takes place at Bellerive Country Club in Town and Country May 21 - 26.

The first round of the competition gets underway Thursday.

Ladue Road is closed from Mason Road to Highway 141 during the tournament. Spectator parking is based at the Verizon Amphitheater and shuttled to the course. 

Here's what not to bring:

• Personal electronics such as, hand-held games, radios, televisions, iPods, iPads, etc.
• All oversized chairs with wide arm rests (small, portable/folding chairs are permitted).
• Bags larger than 12” x 12” x 12” in their natural state.
• Weapons of any kind (regardless of permit).
• Coolers, ladders, milk crates, signs, posters, banners, dogs and other pets.
• Food and beverages (including alcoholic beverages).
• Other items deemed unlawful or dangerous by Championship Security personnel, at their sole discretion

Spectators can bring cellphones but will not be allowed to take photos with mobile devices.
