22-1 Lady Rams Face Nerinx in Districts

Little Time Wasted in 56-23 Win over Host University City.

The Lady Rams from Ladue wasted precious little time tramping host University City 56-23 to close out the regular portion of the season. The Rams raced off to the first 21 points of the game and held a commanding 33-8 halftime lead. They played a shortened second half and Cord Dockery cleared his bench by early in the fourth quarter.

"We're ready for Nerinx. They go six foot three, we go six foot three," said the coach. Ladue, experiencing its finest season in school history will meet Nerinx in the first round of Districts at Webster Groves Tuesday. The winner advances to meet the Angels of St. Joe's the top-ranked team in the state.

Taylor Robinson led the Rams with 17 points, junior guard Kate Holloway had 13 points and Lauren Maclin 10.
