Villa Duchesne Competes in 23rd Annual Math Contest
Villa Duchesne middle schoolers earned first, second, and third place ribbons.
Villa Duchesne and Oak Hill School earned several top ribbons in April in the 23rd Annual Seventh Grade Math Contest hosted by Rosati-Kain High School.
The team of Maggie Stephen, Kai Radford, and Annie Epstein earned a blue first place ribbon.
The teams of Harper Wieldt, Sofi Lozano, Katy O’Leary; Emma Paletta, Katherine Farroll, Alli Hardy; Mary L’Hommedieu, Margot Leggat, Ally Mozeliak; and Devon Waskiewicz, Lauren Jaeger, Lindsey Pollnow all earned red second place ribbons.

In the individual round, Sofi Lozano, Katy O’Leary, Maggie Stephen, Annie Epstein, Mary L’Hommedieu, and Devon Waskiewicz earned red second place ribbons with Harper Wieldt, Margo Trompeter, Kai Radford, Katherine Farroll, and Margot Leggat earning white third place ribbons.
More than 170 seventh graders from 27 schools competed this year.
