MICDS beats Rival Westminster 74-55 in OT of District Championship Game

The 24-2 Rams advance to the sectionals Wednesday night at Parkway West.

No doubt, junior guard Emily Kyman is cool under fire. She made the back end of two free throws with 2.9 seconds left to send a thrillng game against Westminster Christian into overtime. The Rams went on a rampage in the extra three minutes and won easily, 74-65.

This is the first time in three tries that MICDS has been able to beat Westminster in the district title game.
