Ladue's Jehu Chesson Considering Northwestern

Oklahoma State Cowboys were at Ladue's homecoming Saturday.

Three-star wide receiver Jehu Chesson has a top-five list, and Northwestern is in the mix. He is one of the top prospects in the U.S. as rated by MaxPreps.

The 6-foot-4 wide receiver from Ladue remains one of the top prospects for football recruiting this fall. Chesson is looking at pass-happy programs like Missouri, Illinois and the Wildcats.

Oklahoma State had a recruiter at Saturday's homecoming where Ladue thrashed Affton 48-0.

Chesson stars on the Rams basketball team and is a key member of the track team, anchoring several relays.

Ladue has run off four straight wins and travels for their first district game Thursday night at Duchense in St. Charles.

Chesson has caught 26 passes for 352 yards and just two TDs this season. He averages 13.5 yards per catch. On defense, he has 15 tackles.
