Ladue To Have Two Public Engagement Sessions To Explain Needs Of Prop 1

Public discussions slated for February 29, March 5 at Ladue High School.

 

Information provided by the communications department of the Ladue School District.

Residents of the Ladue School District will have the opportunity to vote on Proposition 1, a request for a $.49 increase in the operating tax levy for the school district.  Voters will be able to take advantage of one or more opportunities to learn more about Proposition 1 and the impact the decision on April 3 will have on the community's public schools.

    • Why this request is being made.
    • What the cost is to taxpayers.

  • Proposition 1 Community Presentation and Roundtable Conversations
    These two community events will begin with an in-depth presentation about Proposition 1. 
  • Following the presentation, community members will break into smaller groups with Board of Education members and district administrators to discuss their concerns, voice their opinions and ask questions.  This is a great opportunity to talk one-on-one with knowledgeable Ladue School District representatives.
