Ladue-Frontenac Patch Athlete of the Week to be Named on Saturdays

The choices are many to honor athletes from Burroughs, MICDS, Ladue, Villa Duchesne and St. Joseph's Academy.

Here we go with a brand new feature. Each week, the Ladue-Frontenac Patch will recognize either the male or female Athlete of the Week.

This is how it works. You, the ready will nominate your favorite athletes each week. Nominees can come from family and friends; coaches, fellow students, athletes from opposing schools, anyone.

Patch will open the bidding by suggesting some athletes to get the ball rolling, so to speak. On Wednesday we will have a poll that will end at 5 p.m. on Thursdays. And then on Saturdays,  we will recognize the winner with a photo and brief biography.
