It looks like the Cape Girardeau Central Bengal Tigers won't roll out the welcome mat anytime soon for Zeke Elliott and the John Burroughs Bombers.
The Bombers ran crazy over Cape, piling up a 43-14 win to open the season. Elliott scored four times on runs of 12 and 36, plus a 29 yard reception from newcomer Tre Moore and closed it out with a 62 yard punt return.
Foye Oluokun caught a 9 yard pass from Nicholas Duncan and Andrew Barnett hauled in a 28 yard pass from Moore for the other Bombers score.
