YWCA Metro St. Louis So Reel Speakers Series: Mixed: Understanding Race and Cultures within the Schools

This session targets teachers, parents and students to help them better understand the complexities of race and culture that come into play with educational systems and schools.  Students will be empowered, teachers encouraged, and parents informed on how to advocate and navigate the school system with respect to these issues. Light refreshments provided.
