Adult Education

Lord, if you had been there…a Special Adult Education Presentation (Fireside Room).  Martha’s accusatory pleading is directed toward Jesus in light of her beloved brother’s death (John 11:21).  How could Jesus not have been there when her brother, whom he loved, was gravely ill?  The problem of unjust human suffering in light of a loving, caring, and compassionate God vexes us as it has believers since ancient times.
