Down by 11, the Irish tied the game at 48-48 with 3:33 left in the game.

Sam Briscoe got a leaner for a 53-50 lead and the Pioneers held on to the 15th win of the season.

Coach Wade Bouslog looked at it this way. "We were able to get into the post easily in the first quarter. We thought it was going to be easy and we started forcing the ball. We have to understand we have to reverse the ball and keep it moving," said the coach.

Tune said "this was a good win for us. We didn't know a lot about them so it was hard to plan for them."

"We just have to toughen up when teams start coming back at us," said Tune.
