Class of 2015 On-Line Auction - Parking Pass Available

Sponsored by the Ladue High School Dads Club.

One hard and fast rule at Ladue Horton Watkins High is the fact that sophomores who are 16 years old still cannot not drive to the high school on school days.

There just aren't enough spaces for everyone on the two major lots. However, there is an exception to this rule. Students in the class of 2015 may participate in an on-line auction for two coveted year-long passes. Here's the rules:

1. The auction opens upon receipt of this e-mail
2.A minimum bid of $250 (U.S.) – tax deductible
3. The highest two (2) bids submitted each win one (1) parking pass
4. Submit your bid to mcewe@earthlink.net; type “LHWHS Dads Club Auction –     Parking Passes” into the “subject” line (No bids will be accepted elsewhere)
5. This auction closes at midnight, Friday, August 10
6. The decision of the judges is final. (judges: 2012-2013 Dads Club officers)

I would check with my CPA before trying to deduct this. If you receive something of value, that value must first be subtracted. http://www.irs.gov/charities/charitable/article/0,,id=123204,00.html
