After First of Year, Ladue School Board Will Deal With Future Bell Schedule, Bus Times

The Ladue School District is currently addressing the all-encompassing bell times and bus schedules for the 2013-14 school year. A decision will be made at the regular school board meeting of January 28, 2013. Susan Dielmann, the district communications director sent a message along to the Ladue Parents' Exchange, addressing this issue:

"Just a quick FYI from your Ladue Schools Communication Director... The research and factors being considered in establishing bell times and bus schedules for the 2013-14 school year are extensive. This information is being consolidated and will be provided to all district parents after winter break.

Parents will then have an opportunity to "weigh in" on their preferences well before the Board of Education makes a final decision on January 28, 2013.

While there is unlikely to be a solution that makes absolutely everybody happy, and fits everyone's personal family schedule like a glove, it is important to the administration and the Board to hear from our parents, staff and students. Just wanted you to know there will be an opportunity to share your views in the near future."
