Why is it so difficult to lose weight?

Losing weight and becoming healthy is definitely the trend of the times and most definitely a good trend to follow.

Losing weight and becoming healthy is definitely the trend of the times and most definitely a good trend to follow.  So many feel that if they cut back on snacks, sodas, cut out a few meals, hop on the fad diet wagon and/or pay into expensive weight -loss programs, that it will do the trick.  Unfortunately, it is not always the answer.  Health begins in the gut.... nutrition, digestion and absorpsion.

First off, getting healthy and losing inches is not about a diet.  It is a life-style.  Our body needs food to live, nourish and energize. and energize and then to burn calories.  But it must be with a menu incorporating a variety of the right foods.

What most do not realize is the enemy is not only the wrong foods. Our bodies are also dealing with environmental toxins and food group sensitivities.  Toxins are absorbed and ingested into our bodies every day through the air, the water, products we use and many of the foods we all eat. Many live with food group sensitivies and are totally unaware of it.  These sensitivities and toxins fatigue the liver, become unable to process and then get kicked back into the body where they are stored in fat cells. Yikes!!!

For just 30 days try a gentle body detoxing and cleanse by consuming free-range chicken and eggs, grass fed beef, and organic fruits and vegetables as much as possible. Take it a step further by removing gluton, dairy, sugars, soy and caffeine.  There are a ton of alternatives for them and I guarantee you will feel like a new person, minus those unwanted inches and lb's.  I just finished my first 30 days and I feel better than I have felt in a long time.  It doesn't hurt that I'm looking better in my clothes too!
