Hydrate yourself in this heat!

It is HOT!  ...make sure you are staying well hydrated. If you know you are going to be out in the heat, begin hydrating before you even walk out the door. Especially if you have activities planned like work, gardening, sports, fitness.

Did you know that when you feel thirsty, you are already becoming dehydrated?!

Did you know that thirst can sometimes be mistaken for hunger?!

AND NEVER FORGET YOUR SUN BLOCK PROTECTION......face, body, top of head, ears and lips! 

Always look for healthy ingredients in the sun block you choose.  That is on the top of my list right along with remembering to apply.
