“We are looking forward to a great week as we recognize local nonprofits during our “Pastries with a Purpose” program,” said Piccione Pastry’s Executive Pastry Chef Martin Lopez. “The non-profit organizations will decorate Piccione Pastry with their signage and draw support for their organization all while enjoying handcrafted authentic Italian treats.”

Piccione Pastry is the only late-night Italian pastry shop of its kind in St. Louis.  Located in the Loop at the corner of Delmar Boulevard and Skinker, Piccione Pastry specializes in single-serve Italian desserts, locally handcrafted gelato and sorbet, rich Italian coffees, and authentic house made Italian soda. Recently, Piccione Pastry began serving breakfast items and savory lunch combos including seasonal flavors of soup and loaded focaccia. The menu includes vegan, sugar-free and gluten-free items to please all guests. Piccione’s pastry chefs create recipes from scratch, bake in small batches, and use the highest quality ingredients for their desserts.

The shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday, until 11:00 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, and closed on Monday.
