Monday, Apr. 23.

  • The will have a City Council meeting on Monday at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall. For more information, visit the city’s website.
  • The in University City is kicking off its Women’s “Get Golf Ready” Golf Clinic on Monday at 5:30 p.m. The cost for the 6-week-session is $90. For more information and to register, visit the University City website. There are also other golf clinics available.

  • Wednesday is Administrative Professionals Day.
  • The ’s Zoning and Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday at 4 p.m.
  • Zenobia’s Fall 2012 collection is back at Saks Fifth Avenue at Plaza Frontenac on Wednesday with a personal appearance from Zenobia design director Pina Iannelli and a runway show.   • Rick Nemanic, Ph.D, a co-founder of The Leadership Effect, a firm that works to help organizations develop in St. Louis, will present Institute of Management Consultants: Managing Client Relationships on Friday at 7:30 a.m. at in Clayton.   • The City of Clayton will dedicate the new Pavilion after the Herb Sale on Sunday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. The sale features heirloom herbs, and proceeds will benefit the Hanley House.   • The Ethical Society of St. Louis and St. Louis Psychoanalytic Institute’s will present authors Kerry Kelly Novick and Jack Novick, PhD on Sunday at 6:30 p.m. The two will discuss positive parenting techniques and their latest book, Emotional Muscle: Strong Parents, Strong Children. The techniques in the book offer help with building “emotional muscles” in children from infants to five-year-olds. Tickets are $15.
