Ladue's Regularly-Scheduled Council Meeting Moves to Tuesday Because of MLKing Holiday

Plenty of discussion is planned on the road development on McKnight between Clayton and Ladue roads.

Note because of the Martin Luther King holiday, the regular monthly meeting of the Ladue City Council will be on Tuesday, January 22, 4 p.m. in the council chambers.

Food purveyors will get the attention of the council. Lester’s Restaurant at 9900 Clayton Rd. will be before the council, seeking a special use permit to both allow for outdoor dining and shared parking with adjacent businesses.

The newly-proposed Edgewild Restaurant & Winery, ready to fill a portion of the long vacant Busch’s Grove property at 9160 Clayton Rd. is seeking a special use permit to serve liquor by the drink. This is the first major step towards their expected opening sometime in May or June.
