The Ladue City Council Meeting will be held this Monday, March 16, 4 p.m. at City Hall.
Council members are bringing forward several resolutions.
- A resolution accepting and approving a Title VI policy for the City of Ladue. This is a proposed resolution ensuring principles of equal opportunity.
- A resolution accepting and approving a limited English proficiency (LEP) plan. This states that people who do not speak English well are entitled to language assistance.
- A resolution consenting to the defense of the City in connection with litigation brought against the city by Kimble Et. Al. This is a class-action suit brought by multiple municipalities with regard to cell phone taxes.

The council will consider an ordinance authorizing the acquisition of certain property in Ladue for improvements to Litzsinger Road and authorizing an easement to AmerenUE to complete its project.
