Former Mayor Bommarito to be Honored by Ladue Council

At same meeting, new mayor, council members will take oath of office.

At the Ladue City Council meeting this afternoon, the meeting will be suspended long enough for the new mayor and council members to be sworn in. Actually, this is a ceremonial gesture. They were sworn in several weeks ago, once the April 2 election was certified.

At this meeting, the council will offer special recognition to outgoing Mayor Anthony Bommarito.

Monday, the council will accept a $90,000 grant from FEMA-Department of Homeland security to purchase three heat monitors/defibrillators.

Pulte Homes has petitioned the city council to plat the piece of ground at Conway and Lindbergh Boulevard to build a new subdivision. The council is sending this petition off to the Zoning & Planning Board for further review.

The council will hear the City's 2012 audit from Botz, Deal and Company and Milliman Inc. will report on the valuations of the Uniform and Non-Uniform pension plans as of January 1, 2013.
