Chunn, 17, of the 7800 block of Birchmont Avenue, was charged March 14 with two counts of second-degree burglary and two counts of theft. Those charges are for incidents in 2010 and 2011 when Chunn would have been 14 and 15 years old.

Those charges were filed after Chunn was charged in September for two first-degree burglaries and two felony thefts on July 17, after he turned 17 years old. In Missouri, defendants are tried as adults once they turn 17.

University City Police said Chunn acted as a lookout March 16, 2010 as two other people entered a building in the 1300 block of 82nd Boulevard and stole a safe containing cash.

Police said Chunn and others entered a home through a window in the 7900 block of Glenside Place on Feb. 28, 2011. They stole a laptop computer and a camera, according to a court document.

Chunn previously was charged with a burglary on Princeton Avenue in University City.

Baker is being held in the St. Louis County Justice Center. Bail was set at $50,000.
