Police Investigate Ladue Home Burglaries

Plus, a Ladue resident finds fraudulent bank account charges after vacation.

The following information was provided by the Ladue Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

June 26:

At 2:09 p.m., police received a delayed stealing report from the 9500 block of Clayton Road where a resident reported she was missing jewelry and a cane that were stolen on or around May 20.

June 27:

At 1:02 p.m., police responded to a burglar alarm in the 10000 block of Winding Ridge Road. Officers checking the residence discovered a rock had been thrown through a glass door and the home was burglarized.

June 27:

At 2:42 p.m., police received a report of fraud from Clermont Lane where a resident’s ATM card had been stolen while on vacation and transactions had been made on their bank account.

June 30:

At 12:31 p.m., police received a call of a burglary where silverware was stolen from   Sunningdale Drive. This is still under investigation.

June 30:

At 2:37 p.m., police were called to the 8800 block of Ladue Road for a report of stealing/shoplifting involving a woman in her mid 30s who left in a silver Chrysler 300. No license plate information was available and this case is still under investigation.
