New Developments In Busch Stadium Laser Pointer Arrest

Ladue High teenager now faces two charges in connection with Monday's incident

Eric Bogard, 17, of Creve Coeur, now faces two charges tied to the alleged use of a laser pointer during Monday night's St. Louis Cardinals baseball game against the San Francisco Giants. 

Patch reported Wednesday that Bogard, a Ladue Horton Watkins High School student,

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch is reporting Bogard was also charged with "violating the harassment section of an ordinance regulating possession and use of lasers."

In an interview with the paper and with KSDK-TV, Bogard's attorney is speaking out.

"A bunch of mature young men did some immature things, which they unfortunately are paying the price for, at least Eric is, and he regrets his actions," attorney Joel Schwartz told the station.
