Ladue Police Blotter for Week of February 28-March 5, 2012

Missing oil paintings, DWI, stolen purse highlight this week's report.

This is the Ladue Police blotter report for Feb. 27-March 5, 2012.

Monday February 27, 2012

3:32 p.m. A son reported two expensive oil paintings missing at his late father’s residence  in the 600 block of Price Road.  The paints were noticed missing when his son, who lives out of town arrived to take care of business at his late father’s residence.

Wednesday February 29, 2012

7:30 a.m. The homeowner at 22 Lorenzo Lane reported a window smashed of a car parked at his home. Nothing was noted missing.

2:23 p.m. A male, age 61 was arrested at the Glendale Police Department, wanted in Ladue for outstanding warrants.

Saturday, March 3, 2012

1:35 a.m. A male, age 30 was arrested on charges of DWI at I-170 and Delmar.

9:55 a.m. A women reported to Ladue police her purse stolen from the Schnuck’s Store at 8867 Ladue Road in the Ladue Crossing Center.

8:53 p.m. An automobile flipped over, and landed on its wheels at I-170 and Ladue Road. The driver was injured and transported to the hospital. Police and EMS from Ladue and Olivette treated the victim at the scene of the accident.

The accident slowed traffic for part of the evening.
