Frontenac Man Indicted on Domestic Assault Charge

Frontenac Police said the man beat and choked his wife Oct. 16.

A Frontenac man was indicted by a St. Louis County grand jury Wednesday on a domestic assault charge.

Frontenac Police said that Kyle Brigham, 40 of the 900 block of Dwyer Avenue in Frontenac, beat and choked his wife Oct. 16. The woman told police he had assaulted her in the past.

Police said Brigham verbally abused his wife.

Bond was reduced from $50,000 to $10,000 on the conditions that Brigham does not drink and drive, does not contact the victim and does not leave the state without the court’s permission.

Brigham posted 10 percent of the $10,000 bond on Oct. 25 and was released from custody.
