Driver Flees Accident Scene, Passenger Arrested For Drugs

Ladue police respond to numerous recent accidents, including two where drivers fled the scene.

The following information was provided by the Ladue Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

August 19:

At 7:42 a.m., police responded to a three-car accident with minor injuries at McKnight Road and White Avenue.

At 7:49 a.m., police responded to a two-car accident without injuries at eastbound Highway 40 and S. McKnight Road.

August 20:

At 6:04 p.m., police responded to a three-car accident without injuries in eastbound Highway 40 at McKnight Road.

August 23:

At 8:44 p.m., police responded to an accident at South McKnight Road where one driver left the scene. Police said one vehicle was side swiped by another vehicle and left the scene. Officers contacted the occupants and determined the 23-year-old male driver had fugitive warrants from the Florissant Police Department and the 20-year-old occupant was arrested for possession of drugs.

August 26:

At 8:22 p.m., police responded to a two-car accident with minor injuries on westbound Highway 40 at McKnight Road.

August 27:

At 3:37 p.m., police responded to an auto accident involving two cars without injuries.

August 28:

At 2:22 p.m., police responded to a two-car accident with minor injuries at Clayton and S. McKnight roads.

August 29:

At 7:45 a.m., police responded to an accident on westbound Highway 40 at Lindbergh Boulevard where one car left the scene.

At 5:48 p.m., police responded to a two-car accident without injuries at eastbound 40 at Lindbergh Boulevard.

August 30:

At 2:45 p.m., police responded to a two-car accident without injuries at 1201 S. Warson Road.
