Shiatsu/ortho-bionomy - seated chair massage

Sit for a spell and enjoy a totally relaxing shiatsu/ortho-bionomy seated chair massage at the Mid-County YMCA on Saturday, December 7. 

Karen Broyles, a practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy, will be performing the invigorating massages in the lobby from 9:00 am - 11:00 am. 

All proceeds from this event will support the Strong Community Campaign.
