This spring is the St. Louis Job Corps focused its Business Appreciation Day on those business sectors giving Culinary Arts students from Chef David Green’s Dream Team and Chef Kelly Ross’ Young Professionals a change to demonstrate their professionalism. The event honored local businesses for their hiring practices, work based learning programs, and service to the community as well as St. Louis Corps graduates for their long term employment in St. Louis area companies. Among the spring award winners were: Austin Green, Assistant Manager and Sladan Stanisic, General Manager of Ruth’s Chris Steak House (Downtown).
