Prudential Select Properties' New Recruiting Campaign Increases Agent Benefits, Company's Hiring Percentage

ST. LOUIS – The many agents at Prudential Select Properties now have the ability to enjoy a few more benefits through PSP’s newest recruiting campaign.

The TeamBuilder Plus Incentive Program, a revenue-sharing opportunity exclusive to Prudential Select Properties, allows associates to earn additional income. Whenever an associate sponsors an agent to join the team, they will receive 1% of the company’s gross commission income for life along with up to $250 bonus at the time the recruit is hired.

As a result, not only are Prudential Select Properties’ employees enjoying additional benefits, but the company itself is also experiencing its highest growth rates since before the beginning of the recession. The new incentive program paired with the company’s transition to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, one of the world’s most trusted organizations, should help increase the number of recruits.

The total number of agents working for PSP in 2013 was 486, and the number has increased to 516 as of the beginning of 2014, giving the company a 28% increase in agent hiring.

“Our numbers dropped consistently since the recession, but this past year we saw that trend reverse,” said Maryann Vitale, President and CEO of Prudential Select Properties. “We’re now gaining agents at a much faster rate than they’re transferring out.”
