Hilliker Corporation, which targets regional and national entrepreneurs, is St. Louis’ largest locally owned independent commercial real estate company. The firm’s agents, who each average over 15 years of experience, have completed more than 10,000 sales and leases for industrial, office, retail and institutional clients since its inception in 1985.

Hilliker Corporation’s affiliate Westwood Net Lease Advisors joins the company at its new location. Westwood Net Lease Advisors, which links buyers and sellers in the triple-net marketplace, specializes in 1031 tax-deferred exchanges for investment properties. The company was founded in 2004 and has nine employees.

“We were at our Hanley Road location for 20 years,” said Hilliker Corporation president Ben Hilliker. “Now we’re expanding because the commercial real estate market is starting to show more activity than it has in years.” Hilliker said his business recently added more agents to handle the increasing demand for its services and that “the larger facility will enable even better service to the company’s growing clientele.”
