Job: Retail Banking Supervisor
Category: Full-time
Experience: This position requires Teller, Personal Banker, and supervisory experience.​
Responsibilities: The Retail Banking Supervisor is responsible for greeting, servicing and selling to customers in the lobby and performing teller transactions.​ Provide overrides and guidance to the retail staff.​ Assist with reporting, evaluations, and training.​ Responsibilities include but are not limited to functioning as a scheduled teller or personal banker based upon the bank’s daily needs.​ The Retail Banking Supervisor will split their time functioning as a teller and a portion of their time as a Personal Banker at the various branches.​

Who’s Hiring:
Location: Ladue
Job: Director of Finance
Category: Full-time
Experience: Ten years in a finance or business office, ideally in an independent school, higher education institution, or non-profit organization is preferred.​  Undergraduate degree in accounting or business related field required.​  MBA, CPA, or comparable graduate degree is strongly preferred; strong communications, operational, and supervisory skills; solid understanding in budget development and management.​
Responsibilities: Director of Finance is responsible for all of the financial accounting and reporting of the School, overseeing the lunch program and bookstore operations, and maintaining the long term facilities plan and an inventory of the School’s assets.​  Assisting the CFO, this individual will manage capital projects, monitor the endowment, and prepare financial reports.

Location: Ladue, MO
Job: Retail Office Manager—Optical Office
Category: Full-time
Experience: Minimum two years experience in the retail field. Optical experience a strong plus, but, if not, selected candidate must attain Certified Optician designation within one year of hire. Two years personnel management, experience in high end sales, MS Office, Windows and Word. High school or equivalent education.
Responsibilities: Manage retail activities, operations and personnel of family-oriented, local community office. Trains and coaches staff in sales techniques and customer services. Performs sales of professional services, glasses, eyewear products. Patient care resolution, office sales reports.
