Experience: Accurate typing at 30 words per minute. One to three years experience on the telephone, preferred. Prior Accounts Receivable experience, preferred. Additional PC skills, including Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, & PowerPoint), preferred. Telephone collections, preferred.
Responsibilities: All accounts receivable related administrative functions, including contacting delinquent customers via phone to secure payment, assisting with printing and mailing of statements, reviewing account histories with customers, and posting payments, credit memos and adjustments. Heavy phone activity and computer use, as well as filing and faxing of customer invoices and information and meeting monthly accounts receivable goals.

Responsibilities: Performs detailed bookkeeping and clerical tasks in the processing of accounting transactions, and in the preparation and maintenance of related reports and records; also assists in month-end/year-end closing and audit/budget preparation
