The Pasta House Co. has opened at what used to be Tucci & Fresta's Trattoria and Bar, 15 N. Central Ave. in , the St. Louis Business Journal reported.

"The renamed restaurant in Clayton will feature all the same selections seen in other Pasta House locations."
