Bill Risberg, who manages the day-to-day operations, said the business is looking to expand and now has a centralized hub in Breckenridge Hills where all the baking will take place. Previously, the production work was done at the Olivette location. Without the need for as large an Olivette location, they made the decision to move.

"We just felt that this would be a better, location traffic-wise, demographic-wise," Risberg said of their new home at 12314 Olive Boulevard in the Shoppes at Westgate.

A "soft open" is planned for September 28.

Risberg said he hopes to grow the Rays' business to business client-base, which already includes The Isle of Capri and CBC.
