Moms Panel Contributor To Sign Books

Ladue's Dr. Cindy Haines will Sign Copies of Her First Book on Saturday, May 28th.


Dr. Cindy Haines of Ladue, a member of the Ladue-Frontenac Moms Council has just debuted her first book "The New Prescription: How to Get the Best Health Care in a Broken System." She will sign books at a Patch event 9-11 a.m. on Saturday, May 28th.

The signings will be at Deer Creek Coffee and Ladue Pharmacy on Clayton Road in Ladue.

Dr. Haines is the Chief Medical Officer of Health Day; President of Haines Medical Communications and adjunct professor of medicine at Saint Louis UniversitySchool of Medicine.

Haines hosts a regular show HealthDay TV.

Noted in her field as a doctor and medical communicator her first book is now out in advance copy at a reduced price on Amazon.com.

The book is about getting what we all really want: better  health care and on our own terms. There are numerous tips to help better navigate the current health care system with an ultimate goal of having to rely less on that very system. Dr. Haines co-authored the book with Eric Metcalf, M.P.H.
