The restaurant in the former Coco’s building at Old Frontenac Square was opened by the late Mike "Talayna" Faille.  The Post-Dispatch explained the eatery was originally going to be named Ol' Blue Eyes until copyright issues arose.

As previously reported by Patch, part of Faille’s dream was having his restaurant be reminiscent of Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack’s Las Vegas heyday. The Sinatra estate attorneys thought otherwise.

Mahe adds that restaurateur Mike Del Pietro of Sugo's Spaghetteria and  Tavolo V will take over the space, the Post article states.
