Pomme Restaurant Chosen to Participate in Julia Child Restaurant Week

Pomme Restaurant is one of two St. Louis restaurants and one of 100 restaurants nationwide participating in Julia Child Restaurant Week, which spans from August 7-15. Julia Child, a famous French chef that influenced thousands of people with her culinary expertise, would have celebrated her 100th birthday this year on August 15. In honor of Julia Child’s legacy, 100 restaurants across the nation will be featuring some of Julia’s famous recipes and celebrating her life in the best way they know how, with food. Bryan Carr, chef and co-owner of Pomme Restaurant, had the privilege of meeting Julia Child and even had the honor of cooking lunch for her several times! Pomme Restaurant will be serving several dishes in honor of Julia Child Restaurant week including Soup au Pistou, Roast Chicken with Port Wine & Mushrooms and Chocolate Almond Cake.
